The Legislative Assembly and the Government of Saint Petersburg, the government of the Leningrad Region, the RF Ministry of Education and Science, the RF Ministry of Communication, Nano- and IT Department of the Russian Academy of Science, the Saint Petersburg Scientific Center of RAN invite you to take part in the XV Saint Petersburg International Conference "Regional Informatics 2016 (RI-2016)", supported by theGovernment of Saint Petersburg and arranged under the aegis of UNESCO. The conference will be held on October 26 - 28, 2016.

CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE CONFERENCE
To be registered as the participant of Conference it is necessary to fill the questionnaire and to send it by e-mail: ri@spoisu.ru, or to fill the questionnaire on a site: http://spoisu.ru/conf/ri2016, having specified data on transfer of an organizational target contribution of the enterprise: number and date of the payment order (bank receipt).
It is necessary for authors of reports to put also the materials (theses) of the report prepared according to requirements for registration.

Application deadline is October 19, 2016. Summaries submitted before September 23, 2016 will be published before the Conference.
FUNDING OF CONFERENCE ARRANGEMENT
Preparation and carrying out the RI-2016 Conference is carried out with St. Petersburg Government support
with attraction of organizational target contributions of the enterprises-cofounders of Conference.
The minimum size of an organizational target contribution of the participant of Conference makes 3000 rubles.
According to the estimate the specified means are spent for preparation and carrying out Conference, in rent of rooms, the edition of works of Conference, other information materials. The hotel accommodation, reserved according to the preliminary application, and a food participants pay independently.

The Opening Ceremony of the XV Saint-Petersburg International Conference 'RI-2016" will take place at 10:00 a.m. on October 26, 2016 and it will be held in the Bely (White) hall of the House of Scientists of the Russian Academy of Sciences named after M. Gorky (26, Dvortsovaya Emb., Spb) Registration of the participants and guests of the Conference: starting at 9:00 a.m.
